Beautiful RESORT STYLE 2 bedroom 2 bath ground level Scottsdale condo is fully equipped to make your vacation a full and complete experience free of worry.

Convenient, safe, quiet location on the corner of East Shea and 96th Street puts all the valley has to offer within easy reach.  Enjoy a relaxing swim in any of the 3 pools or a leisurely game of tennis.

Resort style amenities also include a beautiful clubhouse with a computer room, hot tubs, pool cabana, comfy poolside lounge chairs with thick cushions, fitness center, and BBQ stations throughout the pristine grounds.
This vacation condo is ideally located in the complex, close to the main swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center.

PoolOne covered parking space is included with the unit and is located a short distance from the condo.

The bright spacious open concept floor plan is great for entertaining and features a large north west facing patio overlooking a beautiful green space. The patio is off the kitchen and master bedroom and is furnished with 6 comfortable patio chairs and oval table. Our unit is located in a desirable part of the complex, a short distance to the main pool, clubhouse and fitness center.

Master BedroomRecently renovated with all new furnishings including leather sofa bed, loveseat, dining set, coffee and end tables. The large master bedroom has a new KING size bedroom suite, with top quality Sealy pillowtop sleep set. The generous second bedroom is equipped with a new top quality Sealy queen sized sleep set. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.  

There is a new 46 inch HD LCD TV in the living room with Blueray DVD player, stereo with Ipod dock and a 32" LCD TV in the master bedroom. Wireless internet throughout the unit.

Kitchen AreaThe fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and all the utensils you will ever need.  Full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as well. There is one reserved covered parking spot located close by the unit.

This is a non-smoking unit. Small pets considered.
